Bedspread Blankets

Good 'ol chenille bedspreads. Did you have one growing up? Remember if you fell asleep on top of it you'd wake up with the funny marks on your face?

This popcorn chenille spread was rescued from a thrift store and given new life several times over. Combined with some recycled sheets and a duvet cover, I was able to create several little baby blankets. Second chance charm at its sweetest.

HI CAROLINE,
WHAT A CLEVER IDEA. THEY CAME OUT SO NICE, YOUR WORK IS LOVELY. YES, I DO REMEMBER AS A KID WAKING UP TO DESIGNS ON MY FACE FROM THE SPREADS. I WONDER IF THEY STILL SELL THEM IN THE STORES? YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY, LOVE, AND LOLLYPOPS,
AUNT RIZ

What a wonderful idea. Very smart.
What mommy wouldn't love one of those for her baby?
Have a fabulous sunday
